Reasons: `:unsupported_algorithm`, `:unsupported_format`, `:invalid_key`,
`:key_mismatch`, `:invalid_options`, `:invalid_data`, and `:invalid_signature`. Correct the input
before retrying. These facts do not establish authentication or authorization.
